My Work

As Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, I lead our effort to develop and maintain the firm’s technological foundation, ensuring it's secure, compliant and forward-thinking.

Specifically, I provide strategic counsel to leadership and work to implement systems, policies, and processes that improve our operations. That means finding ways to make technology a force multiplier, so we can excel and protect our clients’ rights with confidence.

My Story

Over 25 years ago, I started in desktop support, troubleshooting everyday tech issues for people who simply needed their computers to work. This hands-on experience, seeing the technology landscape from the ground up, gave me an appreciation for the details that make a whole system function.

From there, I moved into various roles, each one adding a new piece to the puzzle. I’ve managed entire IT departments and served as a cybersecurity consultant for a major firm. Along the way, I’ve had the unique opportunity to work within law firms of all sizes—from small, agile teams to large, complex organizations — each with its own set of challenges and demands.

This diverse experience has given me a truly holistic perspective on IT and information security. Today, as CIO and CISO, I see technology not just as a collection of devices and applications, but as the nervous system of an organization. Ultimately, ours underpins our ability to defend the rights of workers, so I’m constantly making sure it’s secure, efficient and forward-looking.
