Director of Litigation Operations

My Work

As the firm's Director of Litigation Operations, I provide essential support services that help our litigation teams thrive.

Specifically, I oversee a team that handles paralegal, docketing, and investigative research services. I also manage our relationships with outside vendors and litigation support providers.

These services underpin every phase of our work, including investigations, litigation, arbitration and mediation, and allow our legal teams to focus on strategy and advocacy.

I’m a firm believer in close collaboration between our litigation support teams, our attorneys, and our clients. This synergy allows us to be strategic and ultimately deliver exceptional service for our clients.

My Story

I’ve always felt a strong sense of compassion and a desire to help vulnerable and marginalized individuals. This was first shaped in my childhood when my parents, at my urging, helped a homeless man in our neighborhood find the support he needed to get back on his feet. That experience showed me that one person can indeed make a direct impact on the world around them — and I still believe that.

For more than 20 years, I honed my skills in private practice at some of the largest law firms, leading teams and improving client services while representing businesses in litigation. Philanthropy and social justice were still a part of me, just not a part of my professional work.

The pandemic gave me a new perspective on that, and an even stronger desire to apply my expertise to help individuals. That led me to Outten & Golden in 2022. I haven’t looked back since.
