My Work

I am an economist and data scientist who applies econometric modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics to help clients and attorneys answer complex economic and statistical questions.

My work focuses on the analysis of large datasets throughout litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters. I have extensive experience supporting class action and complex litigation involving employment discrimination, antitrust, and commercial disputes. I develop statistical models, design and implement damages methodologies, conduct labor market and compensation analyses, and evaluate issues related to class certification.

My work spans the full lifecycle of a case, from acquiring and integrating large-scale employment and transactional data to producing rigorous statistical analyses, damages estimates, and expert report support. I work closely with attorneys and experts to translate complex quantitative analyses into clear, practical insights that support litigation strategy.

My Story

Before joining Outten & Golden, I served as a Financial Economist at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), where I conducted economic analyses to support regulatory inspections and policy initiatives. Previously, I was a Principal at Edgeworth Economics and a Consulting Economist at Littler Mendelson, where I led quantitative analyses for high-profile employment, labor, antitrust, and commercial litigation.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with legal teams, corporate clients, and expert witnesses on matters involving statistical evidence, economic damages, labor market analyses, and large-scale data management. My background combines academic training in economics with practical expertise in statistical programming, econometrics, and machine learning, enabling me to develop analytical solutions to challenging legal and business problems.
