I apply quantitative methods and economic modeling to illuminate inequities in hiring, pay, and workplace practices by helping attorneys translate complex data into compelling legal narratives. I have also developed internal analytics tools and automated workflows that streamline case analysis and enhance the firm’s data-driven decision-making.
Growing up across the South, West Coast, and Istanbul, Turkey exposed me from an early age to a wide range of cultures and perspectives. It taught me to approach people and problems with curiosity and an awareness that our experiences can shape how we see the world in very different ways. Those experiences also helped develop my interest in social justice and in work that can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Today, as a Data Analyst at Outten & Golden, I am able to bring that perspective together with my analytical work, using data to support the firm’s advocacy on behalf of employees and its broader commitment to workplace fairness. Now based in New York City, I continue to value the diversity of experiences and perspectives that first shaped my worldview and ultimately drew me to mission-driven work.
Before joining O&G, I was an Analyst at NERA, where I supported experts in antitrust matters through econometric modeling and damages analysis. I was also a Summer Research Associate at the World Bank, contributing to projects that advanced data transparency.
