Cory Osher

Director of Litigation Technology

My Work

With technology consistently evolving, my job is to make sure our legal teams have the right tools at the right time, so they can advance our clients' interests.

I joined Outten & Golden in July 2025, as the firm’s first Director of Litigation Technology. In that role, I oversee our e-Discovery specialists and attorneys and arm our legal teams with tools that help tell our clients’ stories in litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, I was a vice president of analytics and AI at UnitedLex, a technology service company focused on the legal industry. In that role, I led multidisciplinary teams of consultants and developers who delivered AI-enabled workflows for major law firms and corporate legal departments.

Prior to that, I served as litigation technology manager at Goodwin Procter LLP, managing a team of project managers and analysts who provided e-Discovery support to the firm’s legal teams.

My Story

I worked for both a large defense law firm and a technology service provider for the first 25 years of my career, so I have a unique perspective on how technology can be utilized to advocate for employee rights. As modern workers navigate an uncertain future where AI is everywhere, it’s important to use these tools as a force for good, countering their potentially discriminatory use against large swaths of workers and job applicants.
