Tara Quaglione

e-Discovery Attorney

My Legal Practice

My practice lies at the intersection of employment law, technology, strategy, and justice, as I help employees challenge workplace misconduct and use evidence to their advantage.

I focus on shaping discovery and investigative strategies that cut through complexity to uncover and organize evidence showing how employment decisions were made in practice. In high-stakes employment disputes, that evidence can be decisive, and I am committed to ensuring it is identified, preserved, and leveraged effectively on behalf of our clients.

I’m driven by the impact of my work. Taking on large companies and experienced defense teams is an inherent part of that work – one I approach with purpose. I’m proud to stand with employees who assert their rights and make their voices heard.

My Story

I’ve always been drawn to underdog causes where the stakes are personal and the outcome can genuinely change someone’s life. Guided by that instinct, I spent the first decade of my career practicing environmental law. I worked on behalf of communities whose voices were often overlooked, helping them challenge powerful interests and protect their rights. That experience taught me how to navigate complex systems, build cases from the ground up, and remain steady in the face of well-resourced opposition – all skills that are critical in the employment disputes I handle today.
