Business Development Attorney

My Work

As a business development attorney and member of Outten & Golden's Class Action Practice Group, I speak to employees about their experiences, evaluate potential cases and damages, and assist our attorneys with our ongoing class action docket.

What motivates me most is helping people understand their rights. Many workers don’t realize they’ve been wronged or that the law protects them. I believe in making the law accessible — translating complex concepts into plain language so people can make informed decisions.

Class actions appeal to me because of their scale and collective impact. One case can change outcomes for hundreds or even thousands of people. I take pride in being the first point of contact — the person who listens to someone’s story, identifies potential claims, and helps them understand what it means to participate in a class action.

My Story

I’ve always been drawn to roles where I can connect with people and help them feel heard. This came into focus for me during law school, when I participated in a mediation clinic. That experience taught me how to listen, communicate clearly, and guide emotionally charged situations toward justice. That continues to guide my work today.
