Natalie V. Maher

Business Development Attorney

My Legal Practice

As a business development attorney and member of Outten & Golden's Individual Practice Group, I'm one of the first people our clients speak with.

My goal is to listen to the stories of workers, as I help demystify the complexities of the law, and offer tangible next steps.

My work is centered around the belief that all workers deserve dignity, transparency, and meaningful access to the protections the law.

My Story

I began my legal career in intellectual property law, where I saw how young artists and musicians were taken advantage of through power imbalances and an unclear understanding of their legal rights.

That experience shaped my commitment to advocate for people with less institutional power. I want my clients to feel heard and respected during some of the most stressful moments of their careers.

I also bring my background as a journalist to my work, using my experience to articulate the context and laws that informs a worker’s individual experiences.
