Natalie V. Maher

Business Development Attorney

My Legal Practice

As a business development attorney and member of Outten & Golden's Individual Practice Group, I act as one of the first people our clients speak with.

My goal is always to understand what workers have been through, demystify the complexities of the law, and offer tangible next steps.

My work is centered around the belief that all workers deserve dignity, transparency, and meaningful access to the protections the law is meant to provide.

My Story

I began my legal career in intellectual property, where I saw how young artists and musicians are often taken advantage of through structural power imbalances and unclear understandings of the full scope of their rights.

That experience shaped my commitment to advocacy for people operating with less institutional power. I want my clients to feel heard and respected during some of the most stressful moments of their careers.

I also bring my background as a journalist to the practice, putting emphasis on the surrounding context and culture that informs workers’ individual experiences.
