My Legal Practice

I'm an associate in Outten & Golden's New York office, where I represent employees in the pursuit of justice and dignity.

Before joining Outten & Golden, I worked at a boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm, where I litigated cases involving forced labor and human trafficking, wage-and-hour disputes, and discrimination. I also regularly represented individual employees in severance negotiations. Previously, I worked on international human rights litigation at a non-profit.

Notable Cases

  • Represented female employee who was allegedly subjected to forced labor, discrimination, and retaliation in New York.
  • Represented nineteen Filipino construction workers in case involving claims of forced labor, wage and hour violations, and retaliation.

Credentials

  • B.A., Vassar College
  • J.D., Harvard Law School
  • Admitted only in New York
  • Admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York
  • Member, American Bar Association (Labor & Employment Law Section)

My Story

I entered law school with the goal of advocating for marginalized and disenfranchised communities. My practice has since focused on employment law, forced labor and human trafficking, and international human rights.

Across these areas, I have remained committed to advancing systemic change while providing thoughtful, strategic representation to the individuals at the center of that work. I am proud to continue this advocacy at Outten & Golden.
