My Legal Practice

I represent clients in both individual and class action matters to hold employers accountable for unlawful conduct.

It’s important to me to devise legal strategies that are aligned with my clients’ objectives, and I enjoy collaborating with my clients to discern their priorities. I’m always ready to litigate a case and go the distance to win. But I’m also proud when I’m able to resolve a matter without having to pursue the case in court or arbitration.

It’s privilege to work for a mission-driven law firm that is aligned with my values to help employees stand up for their rights.

Notable Matters

  • Represented individual clients in an arbitration proceeding involving allegations of disability discrimination and labor code violations by their employer; a settlement was reached on the eve of the arbitration hearing.
  • Representing an individual client in a lawsuit alleging that Apple’s workplace policies unlawfully restrain employee speech, violate privacy rights, and illegally claw back wages earned.

Credentials

  • B.A., Stanford University
  • J.D., NYU School of Law
  • Admitted to practice law in California

My Story

I’ve always envisioned myself working in a field where I can help people solve problems.

For many, work is a huge part of our lives and a reflection of our identities. It can be demoralizing to experience unlawful treatment at work. In every representation, I hope to help my clients reclaim confidence in the value they provide at work.
