My Legal Practice

I represent employees across a range of practice areas, with a special focus on advocating for whistleblowers and other individuals who are facing professional retaliation in their workplaces.

I’ve provided guidance and support to whistleblowers across a range of industries, including healthcare, technology, financial services, and government contracting.

Whistleblower cases are typically very complex. It’s my role to engage with the individuals involved and listen carefully to get to the root of the fraud they are alleging. Working together, we clarify the nature of the employer’s wrongdoing, shape it into a clear, compelling story, and take steps to seek justice.

Grace Anzalone

My Story

My passion for advancing social justice and worker advocacy is deep rooted.

Before going to law school, I worked for five years at the Orleans Public Defenders office in New Orleans, Louisiana. I was a reentry paralegal, providing services to individuals who had formerly been incarcerated, and a youth advocate, working with children who had been charged as adults in Orleans Parish Criminal District Court.

In both instances, I sought to address excessive sentencing and address prosecutorial misconduct.

I carry this experience with me as I devote my career to fair pay, respectful treatment and equitable opportunities in the workplace.
