My Legal Practice

I'm an associate in Outten & Golden's New York office, where I represent employees on a wide range of issues from workplace discrimination and harassment to wage and hour disputes.

As a member of the firm’s individual and class action practice groups, I help both individual employees and large groups of workers challenge their employers’ unlawful practices and level the playing field for working people against unchecked corporate power.

Credentials

  • B.A., Tufts University

My Story

I’ve always known I wanted a career dedicated to social change and service of others. I studied political science and pursued work in government and campaign politics, then turned to a career in law with the hope of making a difference on a more individualized basis through public interest work and plaintiffs’ side litigation. In law school, my legal work and academic research focused on civil rights, particularly the rights of incarcerated people. In Cardozo’s Civil Rights Clinic, I litigated cases against government officials for constitutional and statutory violations, including a significant prison conditions class action.

My interest in employment law stems from my passion for advocating for people and communities facing barriers to justice. So often, working people turn to the legal system during some of the most difficult times in their lives and the odds are stacked against them. I am so grateful to work at O&G where I hope to help level the playing field between workers and their employers, and to advance dignity and equity in the workplace.
