About 

MICHAEL C. DANNA is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP and a member of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Queer Workplace Rights (LGBTQ) Practice Group. He has represented thousands of employees, including retail and restaurant workers, in state and federal courts for claims of tip and wage theft, unpaid overtime, and failure to pay minimum wage. He also has significant experience representing employees challenging systemic race and gender discrimination in compensation, evaluations, promotions, and hiring, including at the country’s largest financial institutions, tech companies, retailers, and universities. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Mr. Danna clerked for the Honorable Tanya S. Chutkan on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He received his B.A. from Brown University and his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where he was a Root-Tilden-Kern Public Interest Scholar.
