My Legal Practice
I negotiate employment, compensation, change-in-control, secondment and other employment-related contracts for executives and professionals. I also counsel clients involved in workplace disputes and litigate claims in state and federal courts.
Specifically, I advise on transactions and disputes in a wide range of industries, including financial services, media, healthcare, and biotech. For example, in the healthcare industry, I frequently represent physicians in the evolution of their careers, including in their employment contracts, practice and hospital transitions, and in consulting engagements.
Prior to joining Outten & Golden in 2018, I was a partner at a boutique labor and employment law firm, where I represented individual employees in the full range of employment disputes, disability rights organizations in public accommodation cases, and labor unions in contractual and disciplinary grievances and arbitrations.
Notable Matters
- Secured a seven-figure settlement for an executive in a disability claim against a private equity company.
- Served as co-counsel in a client’s whistleblower retaliation case against a financial institution, winning at trial after delivering the legal team’s closing argument.
