About 

Kaelyn Mahar is an Associate at Outten & Golden LLP and a member of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Mahar represented low-wage and immigrant workers in individual and class cases as a workers’ rights attorney for Centro Legal de la Raza. She also clerked for the Honorable Judge Christina Reiss of the United States District Court for the District of Vermont.

Ms. Mahar received her B.A from the University of Arizona in 2015, and her J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2020. During law school, Ms. Mahar served as a law clerk at Legal Aid at Work in the Gender Equity and LGBTQ Rights program and at Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho. She also conducted research on the severe and pervasive standard under workplace harassment and discrimination law for the National Women’s Law Center.
