
David (Dave) M. Jochnowitz
About
DAVE JOCHNOWITZ is an associate in the New York office, where he represents whistleblowers. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he represented whistleblowers and consumers at two plaintiff law firms in Washington, D.C. and New York. He also clerked in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Dave has worked on whistleblower matters at every level of the federal courts, representing clients before trial and appellate courts and acting as part of a Supreme Court amicus team.
Dave graduated from Harvard Law School in 2013 and Brooklyn College in 2007. He served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Malawi from 2008 to 2010.
