About

ALLISON VAN KAMPEN is a partner at Outten & Golden LLP, and a member of the firm’s Individual Practice Group, representing employees in discrimination and retaliation litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Ms. Van Kampen represented employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, bonus claims, and professional contracts. She has experience working with individuals employed in a wide array of industries, including financial services, not-for-profit, healthcare, and luxury retail. Ms. Van Kampen earned her B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2008 where she was a Phi Beta Kappa, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2013, where she served as the Admissions Editor on the University of Illinois College of Law Elder Law Journal. While in law school, Ms. Van Kampen was a summer associate at Vladeck, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas Scully in the Superior Court of New Jersey. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Linda Grasso Jones in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage. Before attending law school, Ms. Van Kampen worked as an employment litigation paralegal at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York.
