About 

MOHSIN MIRZA is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, based in San Francisco, and a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. Prior to joining Outten & Golden, Mohsin clerked for the Honorable Judge Angel Kelley of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Before that, he supported the litigation and advocacy of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press as the Inasmuch Legal Fellow.

Mohsin received his B.A from UC Santa Barbara in 2016 and his J.D. from the UC Berkeley School of Law in 2021. During law school, he interned at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and in the Consumer Protection section of the California Department of Justice. He also participated in the California Asylum Representation Clinic, the Clean Slate clinic of the East Bay Community Law Center, the Berkeley Policy Advocacy Clinic, and was an Articles Editor on the California Law Review. Before law school, Mohsin was the Voting Rights Program Coordinator at Asian Americans Advancing Justice-Asian Law Caucus.
