Director of Strategic Engagement and Partnerships

My Legal Practice

I am a Senate-confirmed executive leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning the government and corporate sectors.

My public service includes serving as Assistant Secretary for the Department of Labor’s Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (DOL-VETS) and Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Department of Defense (DoD), where I helped shape national policy, expand legislation supporting veteran employment initiatives, and build cross-sector partnerships among federal and state agencies to advance workforce priorities.

In the private sector, I have held senior executive positions at Deloitte LLP and BAE Systems, Inc., leading strategic initiatives focused on government relations, operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and workforce transformation. Throughout my career, I have worked to bridge the gap between policy and implementation, creating practical solutions that improve public-sector performance and strengthen collaboration between government and industry.
