About 

AMY MAURER is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP and a member of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Ms. Maurer worked as a fellow at the National Center for Law and Economic Justice, where she litigated civil rights and public benefits class actions. Ms. Maurer received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 2012 and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2019. During law school, Ms. Maurer worked on employment law matters at Lichten & Liss-Riordan, Equal Rights Advocates, and Legal Momentum, and worked on antitrust and consumer protection cases as a law clerk at Hausfeld. Ms. Maurer also represented clients as a student attorney in the Harvard Family Law and Domestic Violence Clinic, served on the general board of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, and held the position of Symposium Chair for the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.
