Outten & Golden Announces Nine New Attorneys Have Joined the Firm

Outten & Golden LLP, a preeminent employee rights law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of nine new associates to its growing practice of representing employees in all areas of employment law. That practice includes representing executives and partners with employment and partnership agreements; coaching clients with employment problems and disputes; negotiating and litigating claims of discrimination, retaliation, and breach of contract; advising and representing whistleblowers; and prosecuting class and collective actions involving discrimination, wage-and-hour, and WARN Act claims.

New York Office

Maya S. Jumper is a 2015 graduate of American University Washington College of Law. She received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Before joining the firm, Ms. Jumper clerked for the Honorable Damon J. Keith, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She is a member of the Class Practice Area. Ms. Jumper is admitted to practice in New York.

Aliaksandra Ramanenka is a 2014 graduate of the City University of New York School of Law. She received her B.A. from Belarusian State University, in Minsk, Belarus. Before joining the firm, Ms. Ramanenka was an associate with Giskan Solotaroff & Anderson LLP. She is a member of the Individual Practice Area. Ms. Ramanenka is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Cody Yorke is a 2014 graduate of Queen’s Law School. She received her B.A. from University of British Columbia, and her M.A. from York University. Before joining the firm, Ms. Yorke was an associate with Rudner MacDonald LLP/MacDonald & Associates in Toronto. She is a member-elect of the Board of Directors of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York, and has volunteered with that organization, and with Pro Bono Ontario. She is a member of the Individual Practice Area. Ms. Yorke is admitted to practice in New York.

Chauniqua D. Young is a 2012 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Ms. Young was associated with Outten & Golden from September 2014 to July 2017 and rejoined the firm in November 2018 following a fourteen-month clerkship with the Honorable Barbara Moses of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is a member of the Class Practice Area and represents employees in discrimination, wage and hour, and Fair Credit Reporting Act class actions. Ms. Young is admitted to practice in New York.

Hannah Cole-Chu is a 2017 graduate of University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Before joining the firm, Ms. Cole-Chu clerked for the Honorable Alvin W. Thompson, U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. She is a member of the Class Practice Area. Ms. Cole-Chu is admitted to practice in Maryland. She is not yet a member of the D.C. Bar; she is supervised by a member of the District of Columbia bar.

Pooja Shethji is a 2016 graduate of New York University School of Law. Before joining the firm, Ms. Shethji clerked for the Honorable Theodore D. Chuang on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the Honorable Joseph A. Greenway, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the Class Practice Area. Molly Frandsen is a 2017 graduate of University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Before joining the firm, Ms. Frandsen clerked for Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald, Hawaii Supreme Court. She is a member of the Class Practice Area. Ms. Frandsen is admitted to practice in California.

Adam L. Koshkin is a 2017 graduate of University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Before joining the firm, Mr. Koshkin clerked for the Honorable Judith E. Levy, Eastern District of Michigan.  He is a member of the Class Practice Area. Mr. Koshkin is admitted to practice in California.
