A Washington federal judge ruled that a group of U.S. Bank branch assistant managers can pursue their claims as a collective in a suit alleging the company didn’t pay them for off-the-clock work.

Justin M. Swartz of Outten & Golden LLP, which represents Kim, said Friday that he is glad other workers will be able to join the suit and fight for their rights.
“This is how the statute is supposed to work,” Swartz told Law360.
