Jahan is also an active leader in the legal community, serving on the boards of various civil rights organizations in California and beyond, contributing to the development of employment and class action law, and writing amicus briefs on important workplace rights issues.

Jenny is a partner in our Washington D.C. office, where she brings decades of leadership experience in both public service and private practice. She previously served as Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and as Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Jenny has been at the forefront of advancing workplace equal opportunity and enforcing workers’ rights and continues to educate workers and the public on cutting-edge issues in employment law.
