TD Bank Assistant Store Managers

Outten & Golden LLP, together with Shulman Kessler LLP and the Shavitz Law Group, P.A., has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of current and former employees of T.D. Bank. In the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that TD Bank misclassified its Assistant Store Managers and failed to pay them overtime wages. On behalf of these Assistant Store Managers, the complaint seeks back wages and liquidated damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the New York State Labor Law, as well as under the state labor laws of Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. On July 30, 2015, the Court approved the parties settlement in the case. Further details can be found on the Court’s docket. The case is Calabrese v.
