My Legal Practice

I have over twenty years of experience representing workers fighting for their rights in the workplace.

I bring cases on behalf of those denied their wages or misclassified as independent contractors or exempt from overtime to remedy these wrongs and to ensure workers are paid properly. I also represent workers who face discrimination and retaliation for asserting their rights.

I am dogged and dedicated, often standing up to teams of lawyers paid by major corporate defendants. Justice requires persistence, creativity, and heart – all of which I strive to bring to my practice.

My Story

The stories that most moved me as a child were those of people who fought to make life better for others. They fought for better conditions at work, equal pay, and to be treated fairly regardless of their ancestry, sex, or color. I benefited from many of these struggles and became a lawyer so that I could do my part to carry them forward.
