My Legal Practice

One of the most stressful things a person can face is a threat to their livelihood. I help my clients navigate through these threats, advocating for their rights and letting them be heard.

In my career spanning over two decades, I have worked with clients facing harassment and discrimination, pay inequity, and retaliation for speaking out, among other issues. These clients often feel helpless, and I help them get their power back in whatever fashion feels right for them. This can happen before litigation, through negotiation, mediation, and settlement. But I also will not hesitate to litigate for my clients if that is what it takes to bring justice.

Much of my practice has been handling sexual harassment matters from various industries including tech, hospitality, retail, entertainment, janitorial, and medical. I have also advocated for workers facing unlawful conduct due to race, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and other protected characteristics, across all walks of life.

Notable Cases

Represented two female FedEx employees in sexual harassment case resulting in a jury award of $2.3 million
Represented disabled woman alleging her transportation-company employer would not provide her a reasonable accommodation
Represented a group of Black employees alleging race harassment and retaliation against a shipping company
Represented female and male employees sexually harassed by various restaurants
Secured judgments for several women in arbitration alleging sexual harassment and retaliation against grocery store
Represented female police officer who experienced retaliation for complaints of gender discrimination
Part of team that secured a consent decree of over $100 million for a group/class of female employees and contractors at a video game company that resolved allegations of systemic sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation

My Story

I decided at the age of 12 that I wanted to be a lawyer. I never veered from that path. I picked Justice as my major before I even started my first day of college. Fighting for equity and justice has always been my passion.

I also believe very deeply that all of us are connected and that empathy for others is paramount. Employment law allows me to put both my passion and empathy into practice for workers facing some of the toughest issues in their life.
