NEW YORK, NY – Outten & Golden LLP, one of the largest U.S. law firms exclusively dedicated to the representation of employees, today announced the promotion of Kerry C. Zaroogian to partner, effective January 1, 2024.
As a member of the firm’s renowned Executives and Professionals Practice Group, one of only four law firms ranked for executive-side representation by Chambers USA, Kerry advises clients in a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus on financial services and commercial real estate professionals.
Specifically, her practice focuses on the negotiation of employment, severance, consulting, partnership, and restrictive covenant agreements, which are often part of a larger and more complex compensation structure. In addition, Kerry, frequently represents teams of employees in M&A transactions, private equity investments, competitive lift-outs, and other scenarios.
In 2023, Kerry was recognized by Super Lawyers as a rising star in employment law, in addition to being named one of Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch” in employment law.
