Typically, my clients are highly accomplished individuals who have worked in leadership positions across tech, finance, startups, luxury goods, retail, marketing, media, and healthcare. What connects them is they often experience gaslighting, harassment, retaliation and other injustices at work, simply because of who they are.
Despite not living in my client’s shoes, I do everything in my power to walk in them while we work together. I learn the good, the bad, and the ugly from my clients. That way I can effectively tell their story and advocate for justice.
My clients are informed and driving our work every step of the way, but I’m also prepared to take the wheel when the situation calls for it.
I come from a family of mental health advocates who deeply care about social causes. My father was a social worker who helped kidney dialysis patients, and my mother, who had a second career as a lawyer, was the first woman at her law firm to demand a flexible working schedule for mothers.
I began my career in family law. Looking back, it was the perfect starting point because family and work are intertwined, and the two areas often come in conflict. I then began helping employees, working under the wing of a woman known as the “lioness” of employment law. I’m proud to continue in her legacy. No matter what problem I’m trying to solve, I’m always all in, working to defend some of the most vulnerable people in corporate America.
