SAN FRANCISCO and NEW YORK, July 10, 2015 /PRNewswire – Jennifer Schwartz has joined Outten & Golden LLP as a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office, leading the firm’s West Coast practice representing individual employees.
Ms. Schwartz represents employees, including senior executives, in a wide variety of employment matters, ranging from wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation claims to the negotiation of employment, severance, restrictive covenant, and trade secret agreements. She is a member of the firm’s Executives and Professionals Practice Group, Family Responsibilities and Disability Discrimination Practice Group, Discrimination and Retaliation Practice Group, and Whistleblowing-Retaliation Practice Group.
With more than 25 years of trial, arbitration, and mediation experience, Ms. Schwartz represents employees exclusively in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in appellate matters. An advocate of counseling and negotiation, she also uses mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution and problem-solving to avoid litigation when appropriate.

She is a member the California bar, is pending admission to the New York State Bar, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
