Weiss to assist workers who face discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. Weiss will serve as "Of Counsel" to Outten & Golden's LGBTQ Practice Group.

She co-litigated the first transgender employment rights cases with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. Some of her successful cases include: EEOC and Austin v. Deluxe Financial Services, EEOC and Branson v. Lakeland Eye Clinic, Jamal v. Saks, and Chavez v. Credit Nation Auto Sales.
