The firm utilizes Windows 7, Office 2010, Internet Explorer and Chrome. Law firm specific packages include FileSite (iManage) for document management, Time Matters for contact management and PCLaw Pro for billing and accounting.
The applicant must have strong written and oral communication skills, a pleasant and professional telephone manner, strong analytical and organizational skills, must have the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel at an intermediate level.
Job duties include responding promptly to incoming calls as well as inquiries received electronically from potential clients. Conducting telephone and the occasional in-person interviews and compiling the data collected during the interview process into an intake form for further internal processing; and performing other general administrative functions such as data entry, copying, scanning, and faxing.
