Associate – Individual Negotiation and Litigation

Outten & Golden is accepting applications for associates to work in the New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices for the firm’s individual practice area, preferably beginning in the fall of 2019. The associates will represent employees in all areas of employment law, including cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, layoffs and executive compensation. The associates will have extensive client contact and the opportunity to work on cases in a variety of contexts including federal and state courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative agencies (e.g., the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission).

Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, preferably in employment law. Applicants with judicial clerkship experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, writing, research and client management skills, and a commitment to protecting individual employment rights.
