A former manager at Price Chopper is taking the grocery chain to federal court over wage issues.
The former manager, Shelly Davine, filed the lawsuit in Massachusetts, where she worked at three different Price Chopper locations, according to the Albany Business Review. The suit alleges Price Chopper required department managers to work more than 40 hours a week without paying them overtime.
