He co-chairs the firm’s Executives and Professional Practice Group and the Whistleblower & Retaliation Practice Group.
Adam T. Klein, O&G’s deputy managing partner and co-chair of the Class and Collective Action Practice Group, focuses his practice on the prosecution of class actions and impact litigation of employment discrimination and wage and hour claims. Resident in the firm’s New York office, Mr. Klein currently serves as lead or co-lead plaintiffs’ counsel in numerous major class action lawsuits involving discrimination claims in the financial services industry, the high tech industry, and challenges to the use of credit and criminal history records for employment decisions.
Wendi S. Lazar co-heads the firm’s Individual Practice and co-chairs the Executives and Professional Practice Group. Resident in the firm’s New York office, she focuses her international practice on executive agreements, including retention, expatriate, non-competition, talent, severance, and compensation arrangements. She also represents teams of executives, founders and partners transitioning during sales, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Her clients often work in the financial, entertainment, advertising and media industries. She also represents law partners and associates, accounting professionals, and doctors and medical practitioners in transactional matters.
