Add Gemma, Matsuri, and La Bottega to the list of Eric Goode and Sean MacPherson restaurants that are being sued by former employees for violations of federal and state labor laws. The same law firm is representing the defendants in this suit, and just like the former B Bar employees, six employees of these restaurants have joined in a class action alleging that they were “uniformly deprived of overtime, reimbursement for the cost of their uniforms, and other wages required by law.”
