Compliance & ProblemsO&G strives to meet the high standards it has set for itself at all times in all situations. Nonetheless, actual or perceived failures may arise, and problems or disputes may develop. In such situations, clients are urged to respond immediately. Any billing questions should be addressed to the billing clerk, to the Finance Controller, or to the Director of Finance. Any problem with any staff member should be addressed to the Director of Administration. Any problem with any attorney should be addressed to the managing partner. Any problem of any type that is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily should be addressed to the managing partner. |
