Outten & Golden LLP ("O&G") respects the privacy of your message. We do not sell your personal information or e-mail addresses in any manner. We do not post any "cookies" or other identifiers on the computers of visitors to our site.

If you elect to contact us via e-mail by completing the contact form on our website, your message is automatically forwarded to a legal assistant or staff member. We also retain the information you provide to us in a database, including your first and last name, home address, e-mail address and telephone number. Again, none of this information is sold or shared with any third party.

With your consent, we may use your e-mail address to send a free Quarterly Law Newsletter. The newsletter is transmitted electronically and contains information on employment-related issues, updates on cases of widespread public interest and notices of class action settlements and monies available to class members.

If you wish to update or change any personal information you provided to us, please send an e-mail message to og@outtengolden.com with your new or updated information. We do not permit deletion from our databases of any personal information sent to us via e-mail. If you are already on our newsletter mailing list and would prefer not to receive such mailings, please send us a message requesting removal from the list by sending a message to og@outtengolden.com.
