The Outten & Golden LGBT Workplace Rights Practice Group is proud to celebrate 2009 Pride Month.  Practice Group members will be attending several Pride Month events, including those listed below.  Happy Pride Month!

June 6: Connecticut Pride Hartford Rally & Festival

June 10: Empire State Pride Agenda Equality@Work Awards Luncheon. This year, ESPA is honoring The New York City Bar’s LGBT Rights Committee, Jeff Siminoff of Morgan Stanley, and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. The City Bar's LGBT Rights Committee award will be accepted by Camelyn P. Malalis, Chair of the City Bar's LGBT Rights Committee and Co-Chair of Outten & Golden's LGBT Workplace Rights Practice Group, and City Bar President Patricia M. Hynes.

June 13: Brooklyn Pride

June 16: Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund Annual Benefit

June 18: New York City Council Speaker Christine C. Quinn and Council Member Rosie Mendez with the Members of the New York City Council’s Commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of the Stonewall Rebellion

June 18: ACLU Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender & AIDS Project’s Annual Summer Attorney Reception

June 23: The New York City Bar's Annual Pride Reception and Cocktail Party. This is sponsored by the City Bar LGBT Rights Committee chaired by Carmelyn P. Malalis, co-chair of Outten & Golden's LGBT Workplace Rights Practice Group.
