DELYANNE D. BARROS is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP. She represents employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including sexual harassment, individual discrimination cases, and severance and offer letter negotiations. Ms. Barros is Co-Chair of the firm's Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Practice Group and Chair of the O&G's Public Interest Award which yearly honors a non-profit organization with a $10,000 grant for its work advocating for workers’ rights. She is also an active member of the firm’s Executives & Professionals Practice Group.
Ms. Barros is also the Co-Chair of the NELA/NY New Lawyers Committee and a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the New York City Bar Association, the National Hispanic Bar Association, and the Puerto Rican Bar Association. Ms. Barros regularly lectures to non-profit organizations regarding sexual harassment in the workplace. She has published legal articles addressing teen sexual harassment, workplace romance, and love contracts. Ms. Barros is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
