(New Immigrant Community Empowerment) and Queers for Economic Justice. O&G lawyers are active in major leadership positions in numerous bar associations relating to employment law both nationally and internationally. All O&G lawyers are members of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and its New York affiliate, NELA/NY. O&G lawyers serve in leadership positions in the American Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section and the New York State Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section, and on their executive committees and councils.
