MELISSA E. PIERRE-LOUIS is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, where she represents employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including individual and class discrimination cases and wage and hour class actions.

Before joining Outten & Golden LLP, Ms. Pierre-Louis worked as a public interest fellow at Beldock, Levine & Hoffman LLP, where she worked primarily on labor and employment matters.

Ms. Pierre- Louis received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school, Ms. Pierre-Louis worked on labor and employment matters at Tuckner, Sispser, Weinstock and Sipser LLP, and Cohen Weiss and Simon LLP.

Ms. Pierre-Louis is admitted to the state bar of New York and the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Pierre-Louis is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the Metropolitan Black Bar Association.
