JENNIFER L. LIU is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, where she represents employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including executive and professional contracts and compensation; and wage and hour and employment discrimination class actions.

Before joining Outten & Golden LLP, Ms. Liu clerked for the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the Southern District of New York. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Social Studies from Harvard University in 2001, and her J.D./M.B.A. from Stanford Law School and the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2008. During law and business school, Ms. Liu worked for the ACLU and Legal Momentum. She also participated in her law school’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and Constitutional Law Workshop, through which she worked on employment discrimination, civil rights, and civil liberties cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Before law and business school, Ms. Liu worked as an equity research analyst for an investment management firm. She has passed Levels I, II, and III of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.

Ms. Liu is admitted to practice in New York State, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
