DANA SUSSMAN is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP where she represents employees in all areas of employment law, including both individual cases and class actions. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Ms. Sussman was a law clerk to the Honorable James Orenstein in the Eastern District of New York. Before her clerkship, she completed a fellowship at the Center for Reproductive Rights, where she worked in the U.S. Legal Program. Ms. Sussman earned a joint JD/MPH degree from Northeastern University School of Law and Tufts University School of Medicine and a BA from Tufts University. During law school, Ms. Sussman represented individuals in unemployment and disability benefits proceedings as a participant in her law school’s poverty law clinic, and interned at the Victim Rights Law Center and NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in New York State and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
