CARMEL MUSHIN, associate and member of the Executives and Professionals Practice Group at Outten & Golden LLP, reviews and negotiates employment contracts, compensation guarantees, severance agreements, and other exit arrangements for executives, financial service professionals, and other employees. She also represents individual employees in discrimination matters and is a member of the firm’s Workplace Privacy Technology and E-Discovery Practice Group.

Ms. Mushin joined Outten & Golden in 2010 after working with the firm as a law clerk while she was a student at Emory University School of Law. As a law student she was a member of the International Criminal Moot Court Team, served as Human Rights Chair of the International Law Society, and earned a Human Rights Certificate and Pro Bono Publico Award.
