Outten & Golden LLP is focused on helping people not just through legal representation, but also through active involvement in the professional, civic, educational, and political movements that affect their lives. O&G lawyers are active - and have held and now hold senior leadership positions - in numerous bar associations relating to employment law: the American Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Section, the New York State Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Section, the Labor & Employment Law Committees of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and of the New York County Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  O&G lawyers have played and continue to play especially important leadership roles in the National Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York.  And O&G has long supported and contributed to Workplace Fairness, a charitable/educational organization dedicated to helping employees understand, enforce and expand their rights.
