We are located on the 29th Floor of 3 Park Ave. between 33rd and 34th Streets. The Number 6 subway is located in front of our building.

Driving Directions From:

Long Island or Queens:

Take the Long Island Expressway [I-495] west to the Midtown Tunnel. After the tunnel, turn right onto 34th Street and continue east to Park Avenue.

Westchester:

Take the Gov. Thomas E. Dewey Thruway (I-87), which becomes the Major Deegan Expressway, south to the Triborough Bridge. On the bridge, keep to the right (Manhattan), go through the toll, and take the FDR Drive south to 34th Street. Turn right (west) on 34th Street until you reach Park Avenue.

Alternatively, you can take the Sprain Brook Parkway, the Saw Mill River Parkway, the Bronx River Parkway, or the Hutchinson River Parkway to the Cross County Parkway and take it to I-87 south.

Bronx:

Take the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) or the Bruckner Expressway south to the Triboro Bridge. At the end of the bridge, exit to the right (Manhattan) and take the FDR Drive south to 34th Street. Turn right (west) on 34th Street to Park Ave.

Brooklyn:

Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway to the Brooklyn Bridge. Take the FDR Drive north to the 34th Street exit. Go west on 34th street to Park Avenue.

Staten Island:

Take Staten Island Expressway [I-278] east to the Verrazano Bridge. Once you cross the bridge, I-278 turns into the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Continue on the Expressway for about ten miles and exit right for the Brooklyn Bridge. Take the FDR Drive north to the 34th Street exit. Go west on 34th street to Park Avenue.

Mass Transit:

Long Island Railroad and NJ Transit:

Take the train to Penn Station. Exit out of the 34th Street stairway/escalator [near McDonalds]. Go east on 34th street until you reach the southeast corner of Park Ave.

Path Train:

Take the 33rd Street train to 33rd Street [last stop]. That lets you off at 6th Avenue. Walk east on 33rd or 34th Streets to Park Avenue.

Metro-North:

Take the train to Grand Central Station. Walking: Exit out of the 42nd street exit and walk south on Park Ave until you get to the southeast corner of Park Avenue and 34th Street. Subway: Take the No. 6 train one stop downtown to the 33rd Street Exit.

Subway:

The No. 6 subway line has a stop [33th Street] right in front of our building.

Buses:

Crosstown: M-16 and M34

Uptown and downtown: Park Avenue - M1 (on Park Avenue), or M101, 102, or 103 (on Lexington).

Staten Island buses: X2, X5 and X10 stop at 34th Street and Madison Ave.; the X1 stops at 34th Street and 6th Avenue.
