The work shifts available are daytime and evenings; 15-19 hours per week. Job RequirementsThe applicant must have strong written and oral communication skills, a pleasant and professional telephone manner, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Adobe and Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., formulas and sorting). Job DescriptionJob duties include conducting telephone interviews with potential class participants, drafting notes, statements, and memoranda, editing and proofreading letters and legal documents, conducting basic legal and internet research on various subjects, companies, and people, filing legal documents in court, organizing and maintaining case files, and performing general administrative functions such as copying, scanning, faxing, and data entry.
